December - January Holiday Weeks

• Dec. 20-26, 2010: $225 per night
• Dec. 27, 2010 - Jan. 2, 2011: $225 per night
• 7-night minimum stay, per above dates.

All rates are for one or two persons. Additional 8% V.I. hotel tax will be added to all rates.
Security deposit: $300.00. Refundable upon inspection if no damages incurred.

Payment

50% deposit due at time of booking; balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Refund policy

• For cancellations 46 or more days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% refunded.
• No refunds for cancellations within 45 or fewer days of arrival date.

Services

• Escort from the airport to your cottage - complimentary.
• Recommendations and assistance with booking your island activities - complimentary.
• Shopping to stock your refrigerator prior to your arrival. If you wish, we can purchase and stock the refrigerator and pantry with your custom order of groceries, snacks and beverages just prior to your arrival. Cost for this service is $25.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours); plus the cost of the groceries. Reimbursement by cash or traveler's checks is required at check-in.
